"A Killer Assignment" Days 3 and 4

Days Three and Four: During the next two class periods of this assignment, you are to spend your time:
  1. Creating Scene 1. Thinking in a cinematic fashion, write a one page, typed, single-spaced, 12 pt Times New Roman, narrative that sets the stage for the first killing. DO NOT include a killing in this scene. The purpose of this scene is to give an overall impression of the general setting where the killings will take place, and most importantly, to familiarize the audience with the first victim. You should try to establish a connection between the reader and your victim. Make the victim come to life, using tools like dialogue and description. Let the reader know who this person really is. What is this person's personality like? You want to make the reader feel something strong about the character, be it positive or negative. Decide whether you want the reader to feel sympathy or anger towards the victim.
If you have trouble getting started, think about any horror films that you've seen. How did you feel about the victims? Did they deserve to die? Did you feel anxiety or sadness when you knew they were about to die? What did the film-maker do to make you feel this way? Here are a few suggestions for how to pursue writing this scene:
  • Show the victim interacting with friends.
  • Show the victim doing something he/she feels passionately about.
  • Show the victim doing something to justify his/her death (a "bad" thing they might be "punished" for).
Include details to help the scene come to life for the reader. Your goal is to allow the reader to visualize your scene as if he/she were watching it in a movie theater. Here are a few suggestions in that regard:
  • Sensory details: smells, colors, sounds, touch/texture
  • Descriptions that accompany dialogue. How does someone say what they're saying? Gestures and emotions.

    1. It was a night like any other for Amy and her friends; they decided to walk around the country side of upstate New York. They passed a couple farm houses around the area and decided against hopping the fence to go cow tipping much to the protest of a few guys in the group of teenagers. One of them came up with the idea to go and visit the abandoned hospital that lay a mile up the road from where they currently were. A few of the girls protested saying that it was haunted an angry spirit that would kill anyone that would step foot on the property.
Chad told them that it’s fine that ghosts don’t exist and there is nothing there that could harm them. He led the group with Amy under his arm walking confidently alongside him. They were the popular couple in the school Chad being the star quarter back and only being a junior, and Amy the captain of the cheerleaders. Many people speculated on how their kids would look like if they had some and they were saying they would be beautiful.
Others in the group included Rich the nerdy kid who somehow became friends with Chad with no need for any favors to be exchanged to be friends. He wasn’t liked by many others in the group but if they didn’t say anything because he was Chad’s friend and they didn’t want to upset him. A girl walked with Rich but she paid no attention to him, she was one of the cheerleaders, Rachel. She was your typical cheerleader peppy when on the field and a complete pain in the neck shallow woman everywhere else.
Bringing up the rear was Sam and Bridget. They were friends with Amy and were pretty much yes women doing whatever she said. Amy never abused the control she had over them but she did understand how greatly they admired her.
They soon arrived at the abandoned hospital and waited for Chad and Rich to open the gate to let them inside the fence of the hospital. Chad was pushing the gate with Rich as he felt as if someone was staring at them. “Rich, you get the feeling someone is watching us?” he asked as the gate gave way and screeched open.
“It’s the girls man their checking you out.” He said brushing his comment off as if it was nothing. It wasn’t the girls watching only though, from the fifth story window James Werner stared at them from his blood red eyes through his mask. His anger welling up as he pulled the slide back on his military Beretta pistol checking the chamber, waiting for the teenagers to come into his home to be slaughtered.
The girls filed through the gate one by one and waited for direction to go anywhere. Sam and Bridget began to protest that they didn’t want to be there but quickly stopped once Rachel glared at them as if sewing their mouths shut with her eyes. They all silently followed Chad and Rich into the building to explore this possibly haunted building. The stories were true though except for the part about the ghost, anyone who entered this domain was killed, but not by a ghost or demon, but by a man.

  2. The date was Monday, September 23, 1998. This isn’t a date that people remember most of the time. It was probably a regular day at work for 99% of the Americans in all of the United States. On Mondays is when most people go to work, drop their kids off at school and drag trough the entire day typing away at their computers and dropping off their packages just to get through the long twenty-four hour day.
But John Mathers was unlike most people. He didn’t need to go to work on this Sunday all groggy and depressed; he didn’t have a job. He didn’t need to go drop his kids off at school; he didn’t have any. He was all alone by himself as he had been for his entire life.
Alone. The word stuck out in his mind for every reason you could think of. He was neglected, he was an outsider, but most of all he was a genius. He was alone in his own mind. When he would go to school he knew every answer but he thought to himself, “Let me just look on and watch these people deliberate over every little math problem and science experiment.”
Too himself he was above and beyond. But to everyone else, he was a nothing. He was the thing that walked past them in the hallway or the unwanted child at home. His mother came and went and never had a care in the world for him. He knew it; she knew it and they left it at that.
But today wasn’t about the past for John Mathers. It was an important beginning for him. In a sense it was the one that he had never had. He was becoming a killer today. It was his chance to let out his built up solitude and neglect from all of those years. He had a plan, and he had already picked his victim.
She was a young woman, just a little bit older than John and he was just a mere 22 years old. She was part of the 1% that was unfortunately not going to have a normal Monday. She worked a lot and made an honest living as a waitress and she doubled as a writing instructor during the daytime. Writing was her real passion but she was never good enough to make it her profession. She turned to teaching it instead to make ends meet at the end of every month. Her name was Amanda and she was an honest person trying to make her way in the world but this meant nothing to John Matherson.
To John the victim was an object. She was not a living breathing person who had a parents and brothers and cousins. She was an outlet; she was the way for him to tell his story of anger and depression. That’s why I think it was so easy for him to become a killer. It also didn’t help that he had gotten injured in the only job he had ever held. This wouldn’t be significant to his tale but the fact that he has a scar that makes the left side of his head and neck look like it was sown back together after being sliced open didn’t make him a better people person; it made him the opposite. It made him a killer.
His first victim was Amanda and she had no idea what was coming. He didn’t care and even if he did it could only have made his rage even worse. There was no stopping him from carrying out what he had run through his head a thousand times.

  3. Sheldon was all grown up now, he is 28 years old. Sheldon has become worse since his childhood and has now accepted that fact that he is eventually going to kill someone over his anger and hopefully find the person that killed his parents. Sheldon finally took the first step into becoming a killer; he walked the streets of the Bronx looking for some criminals. He came upon an alley that he looked down and saw two people. He saw a dime bag being passed from one man to the other and thought that the person that killed his parents was a drugged up crack head. Little did Sheldon know that the person selling the drugs also had a somewhat similar back ground? The drug dealers name was Frank. Frank was born and raised in a crappy neighborhood in Brooklyn. His parents beat him and punished him for his young adult life. He always got in fights and was raised by the streets. Frank needed someone to believe in, he had never been religious in his youth, but after the constant beatings he decided to follow religion. He went to church practically every day. He carried a bible with him wherever he went. He started to go to school again and not skip it, his grades improved from what they used to be, and he became happy. Eventually, his parents were taken away because the government realized that they had been beating on him. He moved in with his aunt and uncle just as Sheldon did and he was even happier. Frank despised his parents and never felt any love for them. Once his parents got taken away, he felt like a giant weight had been lifted off of his shoulders. His life improved so well he got scholarships from the top colleges in the countries and he was preparing to go there. Then one day Frank’s cousin Paulie came over to visit. Paulie was the same age as Frank, but Paulie’s life had never been a gold one. Paulie had always been a troublemaker. He got on drugs when he was 11 and committed his first felony when he was 12. There was no way he could be fixed; he could never change from that lifestyle. One day Paulie came over to visit Frank before he went off to college. That day Paulie introduced Frank to drugs, Frank resisted at first but thought that he was strong enough to take the drug and not get addicted, he never spend one second at college. He got hooked on heroin right away and his life made a 180. He spent all of his money on drugs and colleges no longer wanted him. He became depressed and spent all of his time at home doing drugs. He then needed more money for drugs so he decided to sell drugs. He needed that constant influx of drugs all the time and by now there was no way he was going to turn his life around so the drugs kept coming and he kept selling. There was no way he was going to turn his life back around and his old life had long passed him. He was now stuck on the road to addiction and crime. That one night he picked the wrong alley to deal drugs and he took the wrong road in life.

  4. We went out to the car and I drove her back to her house where Josh was waiting for her across the street black pick-up truck.
Sarah looked over to me and took my hand. “I promise I’ll make it up to you tomorrow,” she smiled and kissed me lightly on the cheek. She got out of the car and I watched her as she gracefully bounded across the street to Josh’s truck.

  5. Joshua’s first victim had to be the reason why he continued to kill other people. Joshua thought that Carmen’s child might go to the same school that she went to. He calculated how long it would be until he thought the little boy went to school. He stalked the school for two years. He was going to give up until he noticed one day a boy that looked similar to Carmen. The little boy had little soft sausage curls just like Carmen and she laughed the same way Carmen laughed. This little boy was just like Carmen but was just a little different from her. The question that ran through Joshua’s mind was how was he going to get to this little boy? If he talked to him he might as well have yelled stranger and everyone would look at him. He finally understood how to get to the child. Even though he had no friends he had someone that he talked too that went to the same school as the little boy.
“I need to come to dramatic measures.” He whispered to himself.
One day he convinced this person to let him pick up his daughter every day for he could work a little bit longer. When he first picked up the little girl he noticed that the girl was in the same classroom and the little boy. The little girl told him that her and the little boy were going to have a play date the next day. This gave Joshua an idea about how he was going to capture the little boy. When the day came to the play date he pulled the boy aside. He knew that this was his chance to get to him.
“He little boy what is your name?” He questioned.
“My name is Erick what is your?” The little boy questioned.
Joshua knew that little kids told their parents everything so he had to quickly think of a lie for he wouldn’t be prosecuted at the end.
“My name is Henry. Well you look athletic I’m the coach of a baseball team would you like to join I need one more player and you look like the person that would fit the job.” He whispered in his ear.
The little boy nodded with a smile on his face.
“Don’t tell anyone but your parents okay? It is our little secret.” He pleaded.
“Okay I promise. It will be our little secret.” He exclaimed.
The next day Joshua did not know how to get ready. He could smell the flesh of blood. He rubbed his legs on the same day and all he could feel was the moistness of his legs. He could slowly feel the sweat stains showing threw his shirt. He made sure that he had the things to kill the little boy were all ready for once he arrived he would just kill the boy. He thought to himself that after this he would have to leave his house and live in the house. He knew that the father of the little girl would be looking for him after a day. He knew that he would need to ask questions liked where he lived. He knew that if he found out where he lived he would lay the body in his bedroom and leave a note. Even though he would be in disguise it was going to be something that he was going to enjoy at the end.
“It’s time to shine.” He yelled looking at himself in the mirror.

  6. On October 18, Mary was waking up and getting ready for her every day run that she goes on before going to work, little did she know that she was going to be targeted today as Sean M’s first murder victim. Mary was the same kind of girl as Sean’s baby sitter, she most likely lived her best years of her life in High school. Mary was the popular girl that everyone wanted to be friends with in high school. She had long brown hair and was a captain of the cheer leading team and voted the best looking girl in her high school senior year book. Mary was also voted for the homecoming queen and the prom queen of her senior year in high school. She was the same type of girl and had the same characteristics of Sean’s baby sitter when he was young. We believe this to be the reason why Sean went after this girl out of everyone else he could have picked. Mary left her house at 6:15, just like she did every morning to go for a run. It was a very unusually warm morning the day she disappeared. She had taken a very normal route to run; it was very typical running course that many people would normally run. It was there that she had encountered Sean for the first and last time. They both stopped at the same water fountain to refill there water bottles. Unfortunately for Mary this would be the last person Mary would ever meet.
“It’s beautiful out here for the middle of October,” said Sean
Mary was surprised by Sean’s question.
“Ya, it’s very unusual weather for October,” said Mary
They then began to talk and Sean had mentioned another running trail that less people ran on. Mary was interested in the trail because the usual trail was very crowded today because of the nice weather. Mary then decided to follow Sean to the trail because she enjoyed running with less people because it cleared her mind of the stress from working multiple jobs. Sean then began to lead Mary away from the normal trail and deeper into the woods where there used to be old trails that use to be very popular before the other trail was created.

  7. Like a week after that phone call with John I ran into this guy on the street. I could tell right away that he was part of a gang of some sorts. I was actually afraid to get near him. He was very big and looked like he could handle himself in a fight. I didn’t really think anything of him other than that I wanted to stay away from him.
I walked by him holding my breath hoping he wouldn’t notice me. I was small in stature and usually described as being very fragile. I wasn’t looking to get into a fight with him. He passed by me without really looking at me. I was relieved but as soon I he did pass he yelled something.
“Hey you,” I froze right where I stood thinking that he was talking to me. I turned around slowly only to find that the guy was yelling at someone behind me. I didn’t wait to see what happened to the guy. I wanted to get out of there as quickly as I could.
I was down the street before I looked back to the guy. I just saw a small circle in the crowd that was surrounding the giant and the other guy. A Fight. At that point I wanted to go back to see how the stranger was going to die at the hands of the brute, but I was too scared to take one step closer to him.
After that I didn’t see him again. He was gone but I never really wanted to see him again. He was a nuisance to society that just wanted attention from everyone else. That is what a gang member really is. They just want attention from everyone. The thing is everyone can do without them because they just cause problems for the rest of the world. I quickly went about my business in the town and returned to the safety of my home.
When the reports started coming in from the recent murders around John’s town I wanted to check any of the photos to see if I knew any of them. To my dismay I did know one of them.

  8. I was walking down the street, on my way to my house to see my wife and my kids, but on the way I started to get the feeling that I was going to get jumped. Then I looked down and saw a bean on the street, it was just lying there, lifeless and old. It was never used and never loved, but I thought nothing of it. I walked into my house and my wife automatically dumped all of her problems on me as a usual wife does, as thought of suicide went through my head, I began to think about the bean and its purpose, if it was ever really used or if it ever achieved its actual goal. It was never used, and never made it in this world. I sat back and turned up on the TV to drown out the sound of my wife’s constant nagging and lite a cigarette, I sat back and watched as the smoke drifted into the air with no defined shape to it as it moved up in front of my face and slowly went to the air. The smoke made its own shape, it had its own fate and nothing could change it, except for the wind, the wind changed the smoke, I began to think about my wind and what changed me and then it hit me, the woman standing next to me, babbling on about how her coworker gave her a dirty glare at work today was the wind in my life. She was the one that held me back, and like smoke in the wind, I would soon disappear. I turned the TV off, looked at my wife and told her that I was hungry, so she began to make me food and stopped talking. I then began to think of all of the beautiful women I could have if I wasn’t married, then I had a thought, what if I didn’t uphold my catholic beliefs, I could certainly get away with cheating on my wife, I had a crazy work schedule and I could say that I was at work, while I had a naked girl lying next to me. I had a few good looking friends that I could have in a heartbeat if I wanted to so I pulled out my phone and began to text. I texted 3 girls and within five minutes I had three responds, but fear struck with every tone that was played with the messages. But it was worth it. 2 weeks later my wife was just something to cook me dinner and to feed me. It was great, I could care less about her, I was living the life and I felt great, but like all great things, they had to come to an end. My end couldn’t have been worse, it happened when I was in the hotel with one of the girls as we both began to get undressed, I turned over to the left as I was taking my pants off and saw my son standing in the door way with a disgusted look on, he couldn’t quite understand what was happening, since he was only 10 years old. He couldn’t find a ride home on his way home from work so decided to tract my phone call, and found me cheating on his mother. I knew this had to be the end of this. I ran after him and immediately told him not to tell his mother about any of this. And he never did, he kept his little mouth shut. But instead of being a man that learns from his mistakes, I didn’t stop, I was just more careful. I had a separate phone for my adultery, and I went to different locations. But even after being more careful, I still had a thought in the back of my mind that I was going to somehow have to pay for my sins. I just didn’t know what form of currency.

  9. Annabelle, now a teenager, marched down the hallways of the high school she attended. People parted to let her through. Everyone remembered how Annabelle snapped one day as a child, and how she was now violent towards everyone. Nobody dared challenge her, for if they did they’d get the worst beating of their life. People whispered to each other as Annabelle passed by, but a sharp glare and a fierce scowl shut them up quickly. A notice on the wall caught Annabelle’s attention.

She stopped and began to read it when someone shouted, “Look out!” An unknown green slime splattered all over Annabelle’s new pink dress. It coated her dress, her hair, and her face. Annabelle wiped the disgustingly sticky ooze out of her eyes to spot the student who had a death wish. Autumn, the class clown, was staring wide eyed at Annabelle. Her jaw was moving and trying to form words, but Autumn was too shocked to do anything but stand there doing a fish-out-of-water impression. Autumn’s polar opposite and best friend, Jade, was freaking out next to her.

“What the heck Autumn!? Why would you throw that!?” Jade shrieked.

Autumn recovered from her shock and yelled back, “I was aiming for you!”

Jade stopped her little spaz attack and stared at Autumn. “Wait, what?” she asked in confusion.

“Nothing,” Autumn replied with an innocent face. Annabelle narrowed her eyes. What was this, a comedy show? Don’t these two have any common sense at all? Or are they just suicidal? Annabelle stalked towards the two arguing girls. Annabelle grabbed the front of Autumn’s shirt and slammed her against the wall. A crowd of curious students began to crowd around them.

“Hey!” Jade was desperately trying to pry Annabelle from Autumn, but Annabelle’s grip was too tight. Fear danced in Autumn’s eyes as the severity of the situation finally sunk in.

“L-listen, I’m really sor-,” Autumn’s sentence was cut off as Annabelle punched her. Jade cried out as Autumn’s head cracked against the wall.

The students began to bustle with excitement and chanted, “Fight! Fight! Fight!” Annabelle drew her arm back for another punch, but she was roughly pulled away from her victim. Annabelle struggled against her captor as Jade bent over Autumn, who had fallen to the ground once Annabelle had released her.

A trail of blood was smeared on the wall where Autumn had slid to the floor, but she seemed to be conscious due to all the groaning she was doing. Annabelle’s scowl darkened when she noticed that Jade was bent over Autumn and checking to see if she was unharmed. It’s Autumn’s fault for getting hurt. She wasn't strong enough. Annabelle was shoved towards the circle of students who were no longer chanting.

    ReplyDelete
  10. Annabelle whirled around to examine the student who interrupted her from beating Autumn. He was a tall boy with shaggy red hair and piercing pale green eyes. He stood between Annabelle and the girls, daring Annabelle to try to get past him. She charged at him, but was easily put into a full nelson. She struggled against the boy’s arms to no avail. As she continued to struggle, it slowly dawned on Annabelle that this mysterious boy was stronger than her. Only the strong survive. She was defeated. Annabelle ceased her attempts to break free. Her breath came in and out in pants. Since the boy hadn’t let her go yet, Annabelle just watched as Jade helped Autumn up. A couple of students crowded the two girls and they slowly made their way to the nurse’s office. Losing interest, the students dispersed.

Finally, the boy let her go. Annabelle stumbled forward before turning to face the boy again. His eyes were burning with anger as he spoke harshly, “If you ever hurt my friends again, I’ll make you regret it.” Annabelle’s eyes widened. This boy, he wasn’t afraid of her. He actually threatened her. The boy turned around and walked into the direction Autumn and Jade went. Annabelle stood there e stunned, still covered in the green ooze Autumn threw at her. This boy was something else. He intrigued her, and Annabelle wanted to learn more about him.

Throughout the day Annabelle asked, demanded, and scared information out of various students regarding the boy that stood up to her. She learned that his name was Kyle. He was one grade above her and a black belt in judo. Annabelle was pleased with almost all of the information she had gathered.

Apparently Jade and Kyle were a couple, and it made Annabelle seethe with fury and jealousy. How could someone so strong stand to be with such a weak girl? Doesn’t he realize that this girl is dragging him down? Annabelle’s dark mood suddenly vanished as she realized something. If Kyle couldn’t see how weak Jade was, then Annabelle would show him.

The bell rang and Jade sighed in relief. After Autumn was taken to the ER, Kyle was able to smooth talk his parents into letting leave school to stay with Autumn. As a result, Jade was left to wait and worry until school was over. Grabbing her backpack, Jade raced down the hallways to the main entrance where her mother would be waiting to take her to see Autumn. Hopping into the car, her mom drove away from the school and started for the hospital. As they left the school, Jade could have sworn she saw a flash of blond hair pass by

“Autumn!” Jade screeched as she burst into the monochrome hospital room. Kyle was casually leaning against the wall and smiled at the sight of Jade. Autumn’s parents were at her bedside and turned their attention to the newcomer.

Autumn grinned at Jade. “ ’Sup Jadey?” Jade practically leaped at Autumn as she hugged her tightly. Autumn’s smiling face changed into one of confusion. “Whoa, what’s gotten in to you?”

Jade felt her eyes burning from containing tears. She punched Autumn in the shoulder and yelled, “Idiot! Don’t you realize how worried I was? You could’ve been seriously hurt! If that happened I’d- I’d…..” Now tears were rolling down Jade’s cheeks at the thought of what could have happened.

    ReplyDelete
  11. Autumn’s face softened. She grabbed Jade’s hand and gave her an encouraging grin, “Give me a little credit Jadey! Takes more than a brick wall to get through this thick skull.” She proudly knocked on her skull to demonstrate. Kyle snickered from his spot against the wall.

“You do realize that you just called yourself thick headed right?” He said with a playful smirk. Autumn blinked before realization dawned on her. The look on her face made Jade forget about her sadness, and she laughed as Autumn fiercely denied the fact that she was thick headed.

Autumn turned desperately to Jade. “Jadey! Tell your boyfriend that I’m not thick headed!” Kyle rolled his eyes, but he couldn’t contain his grin.

Jade pretended to stork her chin thoughtfully. “You know, she’s right Kyle. Her head isn’t thick, it’s just dense.”

Autumn nodded, “That’s right! I’m just dense, hey wait a minute!” The occupants of the room burst into laughter at having fooled Autumn twice. She pouted, but Autumn eventually cracked at grin. Autumn did a little half bow and shouted, “Thank you! Thank you! I’ll be here all week!” The rest of the visit was like this. Their spirits were cheerful and they had fun, despite the fact that they were in a blank infirmary room. As the sun sank in the sky Kyle, Jade and Jade’s mom said their good-bye’s and left.

“I’ll be back tomorrow!” Jade promised as she exited the room. Her mother had already left and was waiting in the parking lot. This meant that Kyle and Jade were alone as they walked down the hallways. They walked in silence until Jade softly said, “Thank you.”

Kyle glanced at her in confusion. “For what?” he asked.

Jade gazed at him. Her voice sounded strained as she recalled the morning events, “For protecting us. That girl can beat up most guys, and everyone’s afraid of her. You stood up to her and stayed with Autumn in the hospital for the whole day. I can’t thank you enough.”

Kyle gave her a surprised look. His voice was full of disbelief as he said, “You thought that I would abandon you and let that girl potentially kill Autumn? I care about you both; I would let someone hurt you two.”

“I didn’t mean it like that!” Jade cried in defense. “It’s just-… thank you.” Kyle examined Jade quietly. He ruffled her hair affectionately and grinned.

“Hey, what kind of guy would I be if I let my girlfriend and her best friend get beat up?” He gave her peck on the cheek and turned down the left corridor that branched off of the hallway they were in. Kyle waved at Jade and shouted, “See you at school!” Jade stood in place for a few seconds and then smiled. Humming a chipper tune she continued down the hallway to the parking lot where her mother was waiting for her. What Jade failed to notice was that a certain violent blonde was stalking her as she made her way down the dimly light corridors.

    2. To clear things up, Kyle was supposed to say "wouldn't let" not "would let". Hope that you guys can excuse my horrible mistakes in the story.

  12. New York, New York
Jude Alister. A fine soul and a blessing to the occupants of New York City.
Yesterday from ten to five, Jude Alister was in Central Park, helping to raise funds to donate to cancer research. Along with helping to raise the money, he donated thousands of his hard earned money to help the cause.
“I didn’t do it to become famous. I did it because my aunt died of cancer a few years ago. She was very dear to me. And knowing I have some of my best friends here helping me raise money for the cause, it means a lot. I couldn’t help my aunt, but as long as I can help others so they won’t have to go through what she endured, it would make me happy for the rest of my life.”
Joseph Locksor and Brady Hemming are two of Mr Alister’s closest friends. They helped their companion at the park by passing out fliers and holding games that children could play to help them become aware of the tragic effects of cancer. Speeches were made for adults and items could be purchased. All profits from the items sold were also donated to cancer research.
“Meeting Jude years ago was the best moment of my life. I have done so much with my life because of him. He is the most amazing person you are ever going to meet,” Locksor told the press in the last hour of the event. Hemming whole-heartedly agreed.
Jude Alister plans to do more of these events in the future. But he also hopes to reach out to other organizations so he can help not only cancer patients, but other citizens of the world that are suffering.

    New York, New York
Jude Alister was murdered sometime last week while sitting in his apartment. The murderer is still unknown. He was found when neighbors didn’t see him enter or leave. Several of them called the police and what they found was an almost week-old, dried blood stained carpet. But no body. Everything was neat. Just as it had been when Mr Alister was there. The only evidence of the murder is the blood stain.
Nobody knows the weapon, the motive, or any other clues pertaining to the incident. Suspects and enemies of the young man are in custody. But no clues or information has been gathered to help find the real murderer. There is a killer loose in New York City and everyone is at risk. If this criminal could kill Jude Alister, the wealthiest, most generous, and best citizen New York has ever seen, then he or she can kill anybody.

She crumpled the paper and threw it to the ground.
If only they knew what he did to me. He didn’t deserve their praise. I did them and myself a favor.
Cindy walked down one of the back alleys of New York, wearing a purple tank top, black Capris, black sneakers, a long charcoal robe with an open front and a hood over her face. Her appearance still consisted of short red hair, jet black eyes, and an extremely pale face.
Someone killed my sister. The only friend I ever had. They’re all gonna pay.
She kept walking and thought over the whole scene. The incident where she killed her brother.
Death is the answer to everything. There is no other way to escape. It is the only way to be saved. I did him a favor. I did myself a favor. And I’ll do the same for the rest of them.
This was running through her mind as she thought of the woman she used to call Mom. She thought of Gabe, Colton, Zack, Joel, and Lloyd; her brothers who also had to be saved.
They all denied me. Hated me. Ridiculed me. Locked me away like I was a monster. Deprived me of food and education. Made me the way I am. I am this way because of them…because of her.
Her head lifted to face the clear night sky. At that moment, she became determined that the next one she would save would be the one who brought them all into this world. Gabriella Alister.

  13. I was taught and raised to believe the people should eventually have to pay some kind of price for a transgression that caused someone else pain. I have always been a firm advocate of this philosophy. It is for this reason that I seek revenge because I feel that people should have to compensate for their wrongdoings. The people responsible for the framing of my father, Derek Prescott, need to pay. My acts of revenge commence with Jared Gregors.
    ***
Jared Gregors was considered to be a good man and was well-respected in the community. Many looked up to him, idolized him. Because of his numerous prestigious achievements, he served as a role model to many; however, his actions caused the imprisonment of my father, thus making any previous moral choices void according to me and my standards. Before the arrest and trial of my father, Jared and a group of his associates owned a successful company that provided much needed revenue for the town and the staff employed with the company. It was not until Seth Dally, the man in which my father was accused of murdering began to steal money from the company inconspicuously. He was able to do so for a fair amount of time before Jared began to notice the missing deposits. With his closest colleagues, they were able to track and locate Seth Dally.

Jared did not desire to contact the police and inform them of the thievery because he did not want to worry their families or the town. Being is such a small municipality, gossip tended to spread like wild fire throughout, causing much unneeded tension and worry. Hesitant to cause any of this, Jared opted to not inform the authorities. It was because of this choice that lead to the murder and eventual framing of my father. Once they had located Seth Dally, they confronted him and gave him an ultimatum. Return all of the stolen money or there would be serious consequences, such as telling the police which would most likely result in many years of federal prison. Many people may have thought this to be kind as the men were willing to excuse Dally of his indiscretions as long as he returned the money. When he refused, the men and Jared became aggressive and violent. Fueled by their anger, they conducted a crime of passion that resulted in murder.

Jared was the primary person involved in the murder and he conducted most of the decisions concerning the crime. He determined that they must cover up the murder anyway they could, to protect themselves and their families. While impulsively and impetuously thinking because of his fear, he decided that he required a scapegoat in which was decided to be my father. He regretted the decision and would later feel repentance. Derek Prescott was his friend but he knew of no other person in which he could successfully frame for the murder. He could not risk the destruction of his family and the hurt that he would inflict on the people that looked up to him, causing him to rashly decide upon framing Derek. The act was easy. They simply retrieved a jacket belonging to Derek Prescott that was left in one of their offices within the company’s building and planted it at the crime scene. The men along with Jared acted as witnesses, claiming that they saw the murder being performed by Derek. Unable to implement an alibi that would most definitely prove his innocence, Derek Prescott was prosecuted and sentenced to a life in prison.

After the news of the murder and who had apparently accomplished it had died down within the community, Jared desired atonement for his actions. Every day, he felt guilty that he was spending time with his family and witnessing his children grow up while Derek was rotting away in the prison that Jared should have been in. When his children required guidance and the correct moral answer, Jared did not feel qualified or worthy enough to even consider teaching his kin about right and wrong. He would often think to himself, how can I expect my children to do what is right when I cannot?

  14. Post continued...
Jared Gregors had a family; people who loved and cared about him. So did my father. Unable to accept the consequences of his actions, Jared decided to make a decision that would shield both him and his family but in turn destroy mine. I have weighed and contemplated every aspect of the situation and meticulously reviewed the sequence of events, trying to convince myself that Jared Gregors does not deserve to be killed; however, my blood lust for revenge eventually conquered my humanity.

Although there were others involved with the murder, Jared has become the primary candidate of my revenge. When I later discovered that it was he who ultimately chose to blame my father, I knew that he would become the first person on my list. The first person that I would ensure to pay the ultimate price for what he did to my father.

  15. Scene 1

    Dear Kathy,
Thank you for letting me write to you. I know we haven’t had the best history but I’m willing to change. You’re the only one I can trust in my life. But anyways, you probably have seen me on the news recently. Well whatever they’re saying, it’s probably true. I don’t regret the things I have done. He deserved it! He reminded me too much of that man. Let me tell you why before you start jumping to conclusions. He was tall, broad, and had a strong personality. I was at a bar and I saw him eyeing me down. I made my way over to him,
    “Hey there big guy.”
“Well hey there honey.” He said while gazing upon me.
“What’s bothering you, you look a little down.”
“Excuse me? What are you talking about?” He seemed surprised.
“Well I can tell something’s wrong, just talk to me.” While I batted my eyes and gave him a little smile.
He went on telling me all his problems. He was forty five years old and he went onto telling me how he had two daughters and he sent them off to military school when they were younger. They became very good soldiers. He also went in depth into his life. He said that he was an alcoholic and he cheated and beat his wife. At this point I was filled with rage but I couldn’t let him see it. I felt something so weird going on inside of me. I wanted to kill him. After he went on telling me about his abusive childhood he later told me that his daughters never talk to him. They detest him and want him dead. I thought to myself that’s something we have in common. He started tearing up and then he changed the subject.
“Okay, so do you want to head to my place honey?” As he threw his arm around me.
“I mean I guess.” I said while giggling my way to the door.
We were walking by and he started getting frisky, at that moment something in me just clicked and I threw him against the concrete wall. He bled ferociously on the side walk and I bashed his head on the cold concrete wall. It smell of rust filled the cool summer air. I threw him in the middle of the street, mostly to make it look like he committed suicide. I wrote a long note and left it in his pocket. You see Kathy? I can’t control myself. He could have been a great guy but he reminded me too much of him. There’s something wrong with me and I can’t control it.

  16. I smiled as I watched her, knowing that I could trust her. She loved me and I knew it, and that was all that mattered.
On the way home I stopped to get something to eat and drove by the park. When a saw Josh’s truck in the parking lot I drove by a little slower. I wasn’t trying to be creepy, but I couldn’t help be a little curious what they were doing.
As I drove past a heard an unmistakable high pitched scream. “EVAN!” I stomped on the break in the middle of the parking lot and jumped out of the car. Running towards the park I heard more muffled screams, and then suddenly there was nothing.
I ran I fast as I could but I didn’t see anyone. My eyes were going a million miles a minute trying to find Sarah. Then out of nowhere I was pushed to the ground.
I rolled over and looked up to see Josh standing over me. “Where’s Sarah?” I exclaimed. He didn’t answer, just continued to stare. “Where is she!” I shouted, and suddenly adrenaline pumped through me and jumped off the ground on top of him.

  17. Jacky emptied his backpack into his locker in a messy heap. He pulled out a few binders for his classes-he had have something inconspicuous to have on his desk during class-and began to panic. Where was it? He flipped his backpack upside down and grinned as he saw it on the ground. A little black notebook with a bleeding heart drawn on it stared him in the face.
He flipped through the pages until he got to around the middle of the notebook. Paper clipped to the page was a picture of one of the guys on the lacrosse team. There were a few notes, but Jacky knew him all too well. His name was Lucas. Lucas Rooney. Tall, blonde hair, blue eyes, muscular, and if there was anyone in this school that could hold a candle to Blake’s bullying abilities, it was Lucas. Jacky remembered a few incidents where Lucas had been the one who started the beat downs before Blake did. One might ask, why don’t you worry about Blake first, Jacky? He’s the main bad guy! He should go first, right?
That person would be stupid, because everyone knows you save the main bad guy for last.
Jacky vividly recalled one day in freshman year when Blake was out. Jacky had made it through the entire day, and without a single beat down or threat. As he left the building, he decided it would be a good idea for some reason to walk through the park. Everyone knows that if you’re getting bullied, you don’t wander around longer than you should. Jacky disregarded this simple rule, of course, and Lucas and his merry band of meatheads were lounging around at the park.
Jacky kept his head down and tried to get past them, but Lucas sniffed him out.
“Hey, pal! I haven’t seen you all day!” Lucas gripped Jacky’s shoulder hard.
“I just wanna go home, Lucas.”
“Aw, well that’s too bad, isn’t it?” Lucas yanked Jacky’s backpack off of his shoulder.
    “Hey! What the hell?!”
Lucas laughed as he held up a lighter to his friends and they all cheered and hooted like wild animals.
    “C’mon, give it back!”
Lucas grinned at Jacky and turned the lighter on.
“Get outta here, or you’re next.”
The flames touched the backpack and engulfed it in a second.
Jacky slammed the book shut, his expression now solemn. He knew how it was going down. He just needed a time and a place.

  18. A normal day in the life of Jeff Brown consisted of what most college students would find in their everyday life. As a student at the Louisiana State University, Jeff had a lot of stress that he encountered every day. His major involved three four-hour classes every week and hours upon hours of homework each night. He finally, though, found some time to go out to New Orleans with his friends. Unfortunately, his friends made him drive even though they were all stress-free party animals that took advantage of the brainy kid from Connecticut.
They all suited up in their finest “redneck gear” to celebrate the night out although Jeff strongly detested the idea. It was clear the he wasn’t going to fit in well when he started his first semester at LSU. Besides the antisocial brainiacs in the majority of his classes, Jeff spent most of his time alone in his dorm. There was something about an over intelligent northerner that didn’t appeal to the majority of the south-loving students at the University. Finally, though, Jeff found this group of deadbeats that he could latch himself too, even if that meant serving their ever want and need. Jeff wasn’t the kind of guy that could take the loneliness for long and his parents refused to acknowledge his homesickness. They weren’t giving up his scholarship to have him home.
In the baggy camouflage sweatshirt that he borrowed from his friend Billy, Jeff took off with a muddy truck full of rowdy, near drunken, college students from the Deep South. The two hour drive was all but pleasant for the scrawny intellect in the driver’s seat. In that time his glasses wear knocked from his face three times, his pants were soiled by the drinks that the wild guys were carelessly pouring all over the car and the lives of all of the passengers were almost taken in a close call that almost resulted in collision with either a car or a very large tree on the side of the highway. Every request for silence or peace in the truck was instantly ignored by the riled up souls trying to wrestle or dance in the backseat of the beat up pickup. Those two hours dragged on for what seemed as an eternity to Jeff but they finally did end, leaving these young men in the heart of New Orleans with an entire night ahead of them.
The demands of Billy, the biggest guy in the group, were satisfied immediately with a trip to the first club in sight. He had hopes of “getting wasted and finding some ladies,” with which the others all showed enthusiasm for by letting out a wild cheer at the mere suggestion. Jeff wasn’t fond of the plan. He knew he wouldn’t have fun. Being the responsible and intelligent man that he is, he refused to drink to get his “friends” home safe. In his disappointment, Jeff turned his back to the group for a minute to look out upon the water which was reflecting back the beautiful lights of the city.
“Perhaps this night isn’t a total bust” he thought to himself.

    1. Just then, he turns with a smile on his face to join in on the enthusiasm of the night, only to find that the groups of immature young men that he calls his friends have entirely disappeared without him. Filled with such anger, Jeff decided he was finished trying to please the users and that he would find his own fun. He sprinted downtown to run off some steam before decided exactly what his lone plan for the night would be when he suddenly struck an unexpected figure and landed on his back on the dirty city street. Regaining his focus, he looked up to find that he had run right smack into one of the most beautiful girls he had ever laid eyes on. But something about her face shattered what satisfaction he had found by looking into her beautiful features. There were tears streaming down her face. But these weren’t the tears of a young woman that had fallen and scraped her knee. She was so clearly heartbroken by a previous event.
The two exchanged apologies to the point that the word sorry had lost its meaning entirely. Jeff, being the gentleman that he is, did not care to ask the young lady of her troubles, but was determined to make them better.
“You’re really quite beautiful miss, if it’s quite alright that I let you know.” He said, gazing as if he were dreaming.
The woman wiped the single tear that was left streaming on her cheek.
      “Really?” she asked.
“Really.” He replied with a smile. “Hey, how about I go grab you a bandage for that scraped knee and I’ll meet you back here in a little bit?”
“That would be cool. Maybe we can hang out for a little bit. I’ve gotta go inside the club and make sure the people I came with know I’m leaving. Meet back here in half an hour?”
“Deal.” He stuck out his hand with a smile. She grabbed it and smiled back.
It was clear neither of them was expecting this turn of events but they were sure excited about it. They parted ways, both with larger than life grins on their faces.

  20. Vivian started her training as fast as she entered the Bitcherson’s household. After four years of training, she carried out her first mission on her twelfth birthday with the twins, Amy Bitcherson and Trace Bitcherson. Throughout the years, Vivian changed from an unhealthy skinny girl to a beautiful, tall girl, with striking blue eyes with gray streaks around her pupils, and extremely pale skin.
Ending her memories, Vivian went back to her room, sat in front of the computer, and skyped with Amy.
“Hey, V! A new mission came from the headquarters. You’re going on vacation to New York City. I’ll meet up with you there. This time, out target is a man name Thomas Krutz. He is the CEO for the T.O.P Association. The people at the headquarters suspect that he is kidnapping people in New York and selling their organs for personal benefits. On the outside, though, he has been doing charity work throughout the world, such as donating clothing and food to poor Africans. The police haven’t been suspecting anything. This has been going on for three years already. The police couldn’t find any evidence toward this case, and after a year, this case has been put aside. Three months ago, Krutz’s men had been seen following the last victim, and the following day, the victim was found dead by the riverside, with his liver and lung missing.”
“I see. How are the police doing with this case?” Vivian asked through the camera.
“The police found the two guys who were following the victim poisoned two days later in their house. They wrote a suicide note admitting their crime and their reason for the killing, but the headquarters found that the two guys have never purchased the chemical they used to commit suicide. On the other hand, Krutz’s assistance has purchased that poison from the underground, black, market. Someone from the headquarter hacked in the T.O.P’s computer system, and found that Krutz has been sending mail to his assistance ordering the elimination of the two men. The headquarter traced this cases to the similar cases in the past and found evidence to Krutz’s past crimes. We’ll talk about specific details once you’ve arrived in New York.”
“Okay. I’ll get on the road tomorrow morning. Thanks. See ya there.”
“Bye. Make sure you tell mom and dad before you leave. They were worried sick the last time you left for Washington without telling them first.”
“Okay, bye.” With that, Vivian ended her Skype session and closed her laptop. She walked over to her bed and dropped and slept.
The next morning, at eight in the morning, her alarm clock rang and she got up. She got prepared and went downstairs for breakfast. That day, Vivian was wearing a red, checkered Abercrombie and Fitch sweater with a stripped, black tank top inside, a pair of white skinny jeans, and a pair of turquoise and gray corral boots. She had her long, black, silky hair in a high messy bun. In her hand, there was a thick, brown coat that went down to her knees.

  21. Downstairs, the smell of waffle and egg filled the air. Vivian could still hear the stz, stz, stz from the cooking pan in the kitchen. The Bitchersons’ household is like all other family, John Bitcherson, Vivian’s adopted father, was reading the newspaper in the living room, and Melvanie Bitcherson, Vivian’s adopted mother was in the kitchen making the most delicious breakfast in this world. The scene looked so peaceful and practical, but under that peacefulness, there were guns and daggers under the table, inside the vase, and behind the family photo hanged on the wall.
“Morning honey,” greeted Melvanie, coming out of the kitchen with a plate of waffle and a bottle of maple syrup.
    “Morning mom,” replied Vivian.
John looked up from his newspaper and asked, “I heard that you received a new mission and you need to leave today?”
“Yeah, ASAP to New York City. Amy and Trace is there already. I’ll be leaving after breakfast.”
“Make sure to be careful okay? And remember to fasten your seatbelts and don’t drive over the limit,” Melanie ordered Vivian. John added a few words here and there while Vivian started her breakfast. After thirty minutes, Vivian was on the road already. She had a green Jeep that the Bitchersons gave her for her twenty-third birthday.
After spending five hours on the road, Vivian finally arrived in New York, New York. She drove to Amy and Trace’s apartment and rang the bell. After a second, the door opened and Amy came out with her arms opened wide and jumped onto Vivian, giving her a warm hug.
“Hey, old buddy old pal. How’s life?” Amy screamed in Vivian’s face. Vivian stayed quiet. Amy was always a cheerful girl, but she could get scary once someone got on her bad side. She wasn’t as tall as Vivian, a good five feet five inches. She had dirty blonde, curly hair with slight red highlights. Despite the fact that Amy had a chubby face, from the baby fats, she was really thin. She wasn’t skin and bone skinny, but healthy skinny with the proper amount of fat here and there. Her green striking eyes really brought out her brownish hair. She was a little darker than Vivian.
“I don’t think she could speak with you strangling her like this,” said a deep voice behind Amy. It was Trace. Being Amy’s twin brother, they had similar green eyes and dirty blonde hair, but he outgrew Amy in their height. Trace was six feet four inches, and had a built, muscular body. Unlike Amy, Trace was much tanned, from all his training under the sun. Strangely, his skin tone never returned to normal, like Vivian and Amy’s did.

    ReplyDelete
  22. Noticing Vivian’s discomfort, Amy let go and invited Vivian inside. The twins’ apartment was not very extravagant. It was just two bedrooms, one kitchen, and one bathroom. It really wasn’t that big either, being around the same size as two house attics added together. Going in the door, they stepped directly into the kitchen, with all the equipments and a dining table. Normally the twins just ate their food in their bedroom. They didn’t even use the apartment that much. They either traveled or went back to their house in Pennsylvania.
Vivian followed Amy and Trace into Trace’s room to talk about their plan. In the room, there weren’t any video games or any accessories a normal boy would have; there was only a bed, a table and a computer. That apartment mainly served as base for the twins, like a militarily base.
“We’ve been tracking Krutz around for two days already. I sneaked into his office at night and placed a monitoring camera in between his two book shelf, “Trace said as he pulled up the monitoring window on his computer.
The computer showed Krutz sitting on his chair behind his desk near the window. His assistance stood infront of him carrying two document binders.
“Mr. Krutz, the police haven’t suspected us for the death of the two guys from the Willow’s murder,” said the assistance.
“Good. I expected nothing less. Those two useless pieces of trash don’t deserve to live. Because of their carlessness, the police found some evidence that lead to me. It’s good that those two died, carrying this case with them to grave. Well, they should feel happy to die for me anyway. Without me, they wouldn’t have live until now. I gave them their life, and now they returned it.”
“Of course it is their happiness to have died for you. Here’s the list of the people who would like to purchase Tyler Willow’s lungs. Mr. Grunsh offered two million for this lung, Mr. Chaserford offered five million, and Mrs. Lusherjay offered two point five million.”
“Well of course to Mr. Chaserford.”
“But Mrs. Lusherjay’s son is in need of this lung. It is the only compatible lung they could find. If they can’t find another compatible lung by this Wednesday, the kid will die.”
“So? It has nothing to do with me. Will her son’s death affect me? No. What I need is money. I don’t care if her son dies or not. And you do not question my decision. Now, leave.”
“My deepest apology, sir.” After this, the assistance left the office, and Mrutz picked up his phone and called an anonymous number.
“Hello, is this Grangerson? Ah, it’s me Thomas. I want you to kill someone for me. Yes, I will pay the normal amount. It’s my new assistance. I don’t need anyone who defies me. If he dares to defy me today, he will betray me tomorrow. I don’t need that happening. Yes, as soon as possible. Thank you Granger. Good bye.”

  23. Catalina’s first victim was no one other than Rachel Vanderbilt, the most beautiful girl in their small town high school. Rachel was smart and pretty of course but she had one major flaw. Ms. Vanderbilt was an extreme jerk. If you were anywhere under her social status then you were immediately made a target. Even some of the people she claimed to be her “best friends” weren’t even safe from the fire. On her last day there you could say she definitely went out with a bang. From the minute Rachel stepped into the school she had to make sure everyone knew she had arrived.
“Don’t worry everyone John Wilkin High school’s sweet heart has finally arrived!” she yelled with her annoying tone. To this everyone turned around and gave her the attention she so desperately loved. From that point on throughout the day her reign of terror just increased. It started out with Rachel using her clique to do most of her dirty work. She had them knock some freshman down the stairs, attack some tenth grade girls and throw them into the outside dumpster, and the big finale Rachel got on the head announcer herself and spilled all the secrets of the school.
Though she did all these terrible things she saved the best for last and decided to pick on no one other than Catalina. She had a deep burning hatred for that girl and it was all fuelled by jealousy. She hated how Catalina was nice, pretty, and didn’t need to scare people to have them like her. For months Rachel was planning an attack on her and today it was finally going to come into action.
“Excuse me!” Rachel said rather rudely as she bumped Catalina into a janitor closet. In that same instant she locked it and barricaded it with some trash cans. All that was heard from the closet was a few muttered screams and banging. No one was in the building at this point and Catalina wasn’t let out until a week later. This is when she felt like she had enough. Something in her mind broke that day and all her hidden insanity and anger finally was going to be unleashed. Later on that night Catalina sat in front of her mother’s mirror brushing her hair. AS she hummed a soft lullaby her father would once sing to her she started to murmur some words in a sweet tone.
As if singing to the song she said, “Sunrise sunset something isn’t right yet. A person’s born and lives their life, but some don’t do it right. Then karma will come around and knock these bad people down. And I as karma will play this part and remove that soul from their heart. And in the night they will not shake because in the morning they will not wake.” This was the beginning of the end of Rachel’s life.

  25. It’s been five years since then and Kanzo is a sophomore in high school. In school he is a cool guy. He wears comfortable clothes talks with an awesome accent and is the guy that all girls dream of being with. The guys of the school practically hate him for it, but they are all his “friends”. Kanzo knows that these aren’t his real friends and that he is still alone with no one to hold or care about. Everyone in this world are people who waste kindness on people who don’t deserve it, he thinks to himself every day. After the incident with his parents, something lit a fire in Kanzo and he hated kindness, love and anything that has to do with the two. He thinks about two things only now. Why should everyone else have kindness and not me, and kindness is wasted on people who don’t want it so why should there be any kindness at all? Every day is the same; he walks into class surrounded by girls, sits down, goes through the class, then goes to lunch, then sits down for afternoon classes. It’s an annoying life and what makes it even more annoying is that no one is really my friend; they just go after my looks, Kanzo thinks disgusted.
As he sat down to eat his lunch he slips on an apple that had just hit the floor seconds before. Kanzo turned around infuriated with the girl that was standing there with fear written all over her face. He looked at her and narrowed his eyes. Jane, with long brown hair and brown eyes stared at Kanzo’s hateful face. She gulp, “S-sorry, I-I’m so sorry, I-d didn’t know that you were walking.” A bunch of Kanzo’s “friends” had gathered around hoping for a show. And Jane’s bubbly friend came up to try and see what was going on. Kanzo stared at Jane he started to walk closer to her with hate and revenge all over his face. Jane backed up slowly when she was almost to the wall Kanzo ran and grabbed her arm and twisted it all the way back, or he thought it was the girls, but when he looked down he saw that he had really broken a boys arm. This boy was the complete opposite of him. Kanzo had brown curly hair and beep brown eyes. He also wore mostly sweats or jeans and a sweatshirt, but this boy had red hair and green eyes that were piercing through him and was nicely dressed. Who is this boy? Kanzo thinks. Kanzo looks at Jane who was staring at the boy in fear and surprise. Kanzo dropped the boys arm and started toward Jane again, but was stopped by the same boy with red hair.

    ReplyDelete
  26. “Don’t touch her!” He said with determination in his voice. Why was this boy being so nice to this girl, sacrificing his life for this girl? It’s disgusting, doesn’t he realize that she could turn on him any second and kill whoever is dear to him. Kanzo looked at the boy.
“Nick, NO! Don’t do this!” Jane yelled. Kanzo laughed inside, I got his name, now all I have to do is threaten some people here and there and I have his whole life story at my grasp. Kanzo stared at Nick, “So what you gonna do huh mama’s boy?” Kanzo snickered. Nick ran toward Kanzo with incredible speed and put him in a full nelson. “I can easily break your neck right now, but I’m not going too. But I promise you if you ever hurt my friend again I will hurt you and you’ll be lying on the floor wondering what just happened.” With that, he went to Jane and comforted her. So did Jane’s friends Cassie. “Hey Jane you ok?!” she asked. “Yes I’m fine.” Jane said then she looked at Nick and threw herself into him crying, saying “You shouldn’t have done that! You could have died!!!!!!!!”Nick groaned every time he moved his arm. Jane, Nick and Cassie started walking down to the nurse’s office. Ugh I hate couples like that. Their too kind, they could betray each other any second but they still go on. I wonder why? At that moment a mischievous smile formed on Kanzo’s face. I wonder what will happen if I take one of those two away. If the boy disappears then what will happen to the girl? I could easily destroy her, if the grief

    1. Wait, how did Nick put Kanzo into a full nelson if his arm is broken? Does Nick have regenerative powers or something?

  28. of losing her “beloved” didn’t kill her first. His smile was filled with hate and evil. It was like the devil himself had entered his smile, just filling it with all the horrible things in the world.
Cassie had to go back to class, but Jane stayed with Nick until his parents came to pick him up to bring him to the doctors. Jane had to go to class after that, but had to see Nick afterward. She texted Nick as soon as her class was over. “Where are you?” said her text. She got a reply saying that he was at the Somerset county hospital getting an operation. Jane called her mother to have her drive over there. When her mother came she hopped in the car and they both drove to the hospital. When they got there her friend Cassie was there and Nick was sitting up in a bed. “YOU IDIOT!” Jane screamed. She ran over and hugged Nick. “You got me so worried. I was waiting all day to see if you were ok!” Nick smiled, “thank you for your concern.” Jane smiled and sat down on a chair next to him. “How long are you going to be in here?” Jane asked. Nick answered by saying that he was just going to stay a day in the hospital.
“Well I’ll come back tomorrow, then.” Jane smile and stared at his cast. “You know that you didn’t have to do that for me, it wasn’t your fault it was mine.”
Nick looked at her with a serious face, “Listen I care about you and whether it was your fault or not, I would hate to see you get hurt.” Nick smiled, “Besides if he tries to hurt you again, he’ll know that he’ll have to get through me first. Jane smiled and looked at the time. “Oh! I have to go.” She was almost out the door. “See ya tomorrow.” Then she left. The air was so light and Nick was happy that he would be free tomorrow, but for now he was caught in a stuffy white room. He closed his eyes and waited for sleep to come.
The next morning when Jane came in the door, Nick was all ready to go and leave the stuffy, white room. He smiled at her.
“Well ready for freedom?” She asked in a teasing way. Nick smiled, “definitely.” They both left the hospital and went into Jane’s mother’s car and headed home. When they got back to their town they talked for the longest time, studied and did homework. Then at about seven o’clock, Nick said he had to go home.
“Are you sure you don’t want a ride?” Jane was standing in the door way looking at Nick with worry in her eyes. “Yes I’m fine, listen I’ll be ok, I promise.” He leaned down and kissed Jane on the forehead. “Ok j-just be safe.” With that Jane said good-bye to Nick, and Nick headed into the setting sun.
Nick was half way home when he noticed that someone was following him.
“Ok!!!! Who is it that’s following me?!” Nick asked out loud. All of a sudden he saw a flash of brown run across the park behind a tree. Who is this? Nick thought.

  29. I have been a plastic surgeon for eight years now I love nothing more than my job and my son, of course. I met his mother back when I was finishing college and oh my, was she pretty. I thought that she was the one when I married her but I’m not going to lie when she started gaining weight due to her pregnancy I started losing interest in her. She was always nagging about anything and I just felt disgusted by her presence but I always looked out for my son even though his mother and I haven’t gotten along. Today, my son Jason turns six years old and I swear that little boy is smart and wise. They have asked me for my parents and all I could talk about is my father and all I had to say about that woman is that she left when I was a child. I can’t sleep at night I just can’t, she has been in my dreams these past few nights and it’s infuriating me! Every woman I pass by reminds me of her. I can’t stand it I hate all women! They’re driving me crazy, I’m going insane.
This morning my ex-wife took my son out for a children’s party and I wasn’t in the mood to go and see anyone and especially hear screaming children. I was home alone and I thought that maybe taking a fresh shower may be able to get rid of everything that is on my mind about the killing. I was in the shower for half an hour just enjoying the heat coming out and thinking about everything so I came out and went straight to my sink. Because, of all of the steam coming out, my whole mirror was foggy so I wiped it down with my hand but I noticed something strange in the background and when I moved I saw my mother in the mirror standing right behind me with a grin on her face, I turned as fast as I could to see her but she wasn’t there anymore she was long gone.
I tried to calm myself down and I repeated to myself many times that it was just my imagination because I kept thinking about her the whole time so I changed into comfortable clothes and stayed in my living room watching television until my son came back. I woke up an hour later and it got very dark outside and the only light in my place was coming from the television. I was about to turn my light on when all of a sudden the light in my sons room turned on and voices were being heard, I automatically thought to myself that my son was home and he was there with his mother showing off his toys but when I was getting closer to his room the voices started whispering and I swear that the voice that I was hearing was my mothers. I walked in slowly and I saw her sitting on the edge of the bed holding a picture of him and when I walked closer she looked up at me with the same grin, stood up, and started yelling at me “No one will ever love you like I did! You have to kill them all! They’re all cheaters and liars! Go kill them all!” She wouldn’t stop badgering me about it I closed my eyes and pounded my head I knew this wasn’t real she isn’t real I knew I knew it. She stopped talking and I opened my eyes but she was still there she sat back down on the bed and started laughing menacingly I begged her to leave I begged her to stop she felt so real. There was a bat right by the door and closed my eyes and started swinging until she was gone but when I opened my eyes my son was there on the floor crying but he wasn’t there when she was there unless it was my imagination so who did it hit?

  30. Spring break was about to start at the end of the school day and three boys Jon, Eric, and Luis wanted to play a prank on their friends Jen, Tabby, and Maria. So they wanted to go to where the unknown’s woods and camp out there for three days. So during third period they were all sitting in the back talking about going camping and the girls agreed to it. They had no idea what was going to come their way. As the rest of the school day went on the girls were thinking about everything they were going to need to bring. After school was over, they all went home and packed their clothes, packed up food so they won’t starve, and got a tent.
The drive was about five hours long and they got out of school at two thirty, so by the time they get to the camp site it would be dark and they would have to set up the camp. During the drive they were playing car games, singing, telling stories, and having deep conversations. There was hardly no traffic on the way to the woods, but they got a weird sense of smell like something was burning but they all just ignored the smell. The road started to become a dirt path and the grass was high on the side of the paths. The tress looked like someone has been engraving in them with different looking faces.
They finally arrived to where they wanted to be so they parked the car on the dirt road and started walking to find a good camp site. After an hour of walking they finally found a place by a little lake. They set everything down and started setting up the tent. The tent was big enough for six people to sleep in. It was around ten at night and they just finished settling in and they stated to have hot dogs for dinner. Everyone was exhausted after they finished eating so they went into the tent and played music, and just joked around till they went to sleep. The girls slept on one side and the boys slept on the other side.
Jen woke up in the middle of the night, she heard something outside the tent, and this wasn’t part of the boy’s pranks. She thought it was someone talking in their sleep but it wasn’t. So she acted like he didn’t hear anything and went back to sleep. That morning Jen didn’t tell anyone what she heard, everyone decided to go rock climbing and explore the woods. They all got dressed and started to leave. They made signs that way they won’t get lost on the way back. As they were exploring Jen kept seeing someone but didn’t tell anyone. So she just ignored it, and it made everything worse. She started to act weird and no one knew why so they just ignored it and let it be.
