  1. If I were a super hero I would just want to be able to fly. I know that is so stereotypical of me but it would be so much easier for me to get around to help people. Another good thing about flying would be that I could save anyone, except people that are in the ocean because the ocean will be my weakness. I would come from this planet; I wouldn’t be someone like superman who comes from a planet named Krypton. I would have acquired my super powers by of course falling into a canister of radioactive goo. I know this so very typical but it would be the truth. I would want to fight crime around the world so that I could fix the social wrongs that go around. Everyone should feel safe and that is what I want everyone to feel like. That’s how we could make a safer world. By throwing the criminals in jail could this world really be fixed. My uniform would be really simple. I would have a capital AF on the front in red since those would be my initials for my name. Oh yeah, if I did get flying my name would be the Atomic Flyer. My suit would probably be white so that it could blend in with the clouds when I am flying high in the sky. My mask would just cover my face and leave holes for my eyes and mouth. And I would have NO cape. Capes are awful because they could get caught in anything. Or when you are fighting someone else they could just crap your cape and basically choke you. They are just awful for you and to any up and coming super heroes, don’t wear them; they will be the death of you. I would hide my identity simply by keeping my mask on whenever I am the Atomic flyer, and when I am not I will look like a regular guy. I will make sure no one is around when I put or take off my uniform. And I will also make sure no one follows me home or anywhere for that matter when I am in my super hero costume.

  2. If I were a superhero, I would have the ability to heal the ills of the world with music. I would have gained this power by a severe accident on my way to school. I was walking as a van full of bank robbers was speeding away from a robbery. These robbers were careless in their driving as they turned the corner to the street I was headed down. Instead of a backpack, I had a guitar case holding a very expensive guitar on my back and rolling a case of other high-quality instruments to donate to my school. The van turned and hit me hard, causing severe damage to almost all of my body. The last thing I was heard screaming before I blacked out was “Not the instruments!!!”
As I awoke in the hospital, my body felt strange. It felt stiffer than normal, but with a new sense of feeling. I looked down upon my reconstructed body to see that arts of my flesh and bones had been put together with the remains of my precious musical tools. My arm, composed partially of piano, looked as if someone had given me an extremely detailed tattoo, but too my surprise, the piano played. As the tune of the keyboard sung, my roommate in the hospital jumped to his feet. “I can walk?” he questioned in surprise. “I can walk!” he repeated, with more excitement and security. The tune of my body has healed a paralyzed man. I looked further down to realize that my toes had been replaced with keys also. I wiggled with and created a melody. You could hear cheer down the hall of newfound health. I could only dream of what else had been installed into my musical body.
My nurse came in and looked at me with a smile, understanding that I was quite pleased with the renovations made to my body. “We replaced quite a few of your tendons with guitar strings as well. You were in such critical conditions that we had to use all that was available on the scene to keep you alive. Aren’t we just lucky that it worked?” She said with an exaggerated smile. From that day on I knew that my passion for music had become a part of me, and that I must use it for the good of humanity and to fight the evils that prey upon civilians.

  3. If I was a superhero, I would be Patronus Frost. A hero born into the business, I would manipulate the elements of winter to vanquish villains. There really isn’t much to my backstory. I was raised by my single father and, aside from our superhero side job, I have a pretty normal family. On the other hand, my father used to be a normal human. He got powers one day (he never tells me how) and started to clean up his neighborhood. His vigilante actions were so successful, that he decided to go bigger. More and more ‘Supers’ started to appear, so he and a bunch of friends he met became a team. After they got older, they retired and so did my dad; that is, until I came along. I’m sort of a sidekick to him, but one day I’ll be just as good as him. Although, my semi-normal life can get pretty hectic. On a normal day, I attend school, do homework, train with my father for who knows how long, and try to maintain a social life. However, I wouldn’t be popular since I have almost no time to socialize. I would also keep my identity a secret to protect the people around me. My father would be the only one to know my secret, and maybe a couple of his superhero buddies. A superhero’s secret identity is their greatest weakness, that’s why I would have to always hide it. Who would exploit this weakness? My dad’s enemies, that’s who. You see, the problem with being the daughter of a well-known hero is that his enemies make you a target. Yippee. However, it’s not that bad. Sure, they can be a pain, but they’re kind of old so they aren’t as tough as they used to be. What’s even better, is that now THEIR children want my head on a platter too. Oh joy. Their kids are a lot tougher, one because they’re younger. Two, they’ve learned from all of the old villain’s experiences. Three, most of them have a super powered dad AND mom. My dad was the only ‘Super’ in my family, so my powers aren’t as strong as a child of two ‘Supers’, but I still have enough brains and combat training to take them down. Not to mention my dad tags along on nearly every mission I go on. After all, I’m still pretty new at this; but one day, I’ll be a great superhero just like my dad.

  4. No man’s life is an easy one. There are certain events that mold a life and therefore, the others around it. I have the special ability of being able to choose what events really happen and which ones are reversed and changed. I can control time, so if I make a mistake, I can just go back to before it and it’d be like it never happened. I’m addicted to my power. I thought it was a blessing at first, but it has turned into something sinister.
My powers were given to me in what seemed like a dream. I woke up in the dream in what seemed like a cloud in space. An aura of light encased me, and then the setting accelerated back until I hit Earth and I woke up in my bed. I looked outside and saw an eerie light in the sky. The next morning is when I first realized what was given to me. I accidently dropped my glass or orange juice on the ground and I stuck my hand out in a desperate attempt to stop it, but it actually did. The orange juice stopped as well as everything around me. I looked at my mother to see her completely still. I then moved my hand horizontally. To the left caused it to go back on the counter and everything around me to as well. When moved to the right, I can go as far as to when I started editing time. I put the glass back on the counter and ran upstairs to sit on my new powers. The first thing I thought of was to wait until the next lottery drawing, get the numbers, go back a week, then move forward. It worked, of course. My life is seemingly perfect, but the fact that I can’t make a mistake haunts me. It may seem easy to just let the mistake happen, but it’s a curse to be held to being perfect by you. There is no learning in life, just retries. I feel so different. Because of this, I will go back till before I received my powers and kill myself before I go to sleep that night. I hope my plan works because this is too much for me.

  5. If I wore a superhero I would want to have the ability to fly. Flying is just amazing you could go all the way up in the sky and you could see all the beautiful views and maybe you could take someone you like up there and show them the world from up high. I would use my powers for good not for evil. I would save people and help every need that needs it because when I was little a superhero saved me from space and he gave up his powers to give them to me so I could fly and get out of there because our planet was getting hit by shooting fire balls from space. My parents were killed and everyone I knew wore killed, the only planet that I saw was a opportunity for me was to come to earth and be someone else and start a new life. I have two lives on this earth. One is me being a regular guy who works for a bank and the other is a super hero who saves life’s every day in the city of Jersey City. People don’t know me because my I wear a wig when I’m at the bank and when I’m a super hero I take it off. I was saving people and it been successful. The only thing that takes my strength and ability to fly is the fire balls that come from outer space. The fire ball landed on earth and I went to take it out and save people but I got weaker every time I came close to it so I couldn’t do anything at that point. When the fire balls turn off I have the ability again to get it up and throw it back into space. But the fire ball takes my energy every time it’s on fire. The people need a man like me and they wouldn’t be safe without me. The use of power would be an evil defeater and it will be with the right people, just like me.

  6. If I were a superhero I would want to be like Superman, except in girl form… I would want the same costume style as him too, but I would want the colors of Captain America (red, white, and blue). I would fly, have super strength, and a utility belt, and oh! I want to be made of steel so nothing remotely bad could happen to me. No weaknesses either just because weaknesses suck and ruin all superheroes lives!
The story of how I became a superhero would be a sad one. I got into this huge accident where I was hit by a car. They would have had to fix every bone in my body, my skin too. My bones would be too destroyed to fix so they would have to replace my bones with ones made of the strongest steel known to man. My skin would also be too burnt to fix through prosthetics, so they would have to completely replace my skin with indestructible stuff. I’m saying stuff just because I cannot think of the right word to use. They would also mix in some chemical in my IV tubes that would give me super strength and the ability to fly. It would be absolutely amazing!
A day with me would be great as well! I would be a normal teenager. I would go to school, hang out with my friends and family, and even play sports. But, when trouble was found I would change into the superhero form of myself. I have not thought of a name yet, there are a few choices but I am just going to think of something later on. And I would protect anyone who needed it. From school bullies to robbers or something like that. I mean everyone needs help or needs to be saved at one point or another. Everyone should be helped no matter how big or how small the situation they are in is.
I would be like the best superhero known to man! Everyone would like me because I would not just give help to the ones who are in the biggest trouble, I would help anyone who needed it. I would not be the cocky asshole superhero either; I would be humble because of the double life that I lead. I would stay grounded (unless I was flying, duh!) because I would still be a normal teenager who got homework, who got in trouble by their parents, and who got into fights with their friends. And I would not use my powers for evil, only for good. I would not use my powers to hurt the people I disliked, that would just be wrong. I would be an awesome superhero. Great, now I kind of wish I was one…

  7. If I had a super power I would not turn myself into a super hero. I would also not be a super villain whose only purpose is to hurt people or take over the world. I would not want the responsibility of ruling the world because it’s too much work. I would be a person who would just better my life by robbing a few banks and take over a nice island where I could spend all my time living the relaxed life. If anybody tried to stop me I would kill them whether they were good or bad people. As long as my life was happy and enjoyable I was not bothered I might go out and eventually start helping people. I’m sure at first people might try to fight against me and stop me from getting all the money but eventually they would stop fighting because they would learn that it was pointless to get in my way. After I got all I wanted I would go out and try to make the world better little by little on my own time. If my way of life was ever threaten I would immediately crush both sides and end the war. The super power I would choose would be super speed so I could go as fast as I want and never be caught. Nobody would be able to keep up with me and I could move faster than a bullet so it would be nearly impossible to shoot me. I could take down 40 men before the blink of an eye. I would choose super speed because I could run anywhere in the world at any time and no one could catch me. In a fight I could take out as many people as I could and if there was too many to fight at one time I could get out and attack from a different angle that would give me the victory.

  8. Everyone at one time or another thinks about what it would be like to be a superhero. We all had our fantasies when we were young and images of us running around in a red cape usually come to mind. Throughout my childhood, ideas of which super power I would want have altered dramatically; however, if I were a superhero, I would want to have the ability to heal people. I really have no desire to be invisible or be capable of flying. Instead, I would want the power to heal others both physically and mentally. This is an aptitude that I believe would be useful to the world and result in beneficial improvements. Generally, a superhero’s goal is to do good and assist others. There are multiples ways in which a person with special powers could accomplish this feat. Although, I feel that having the ability to heal people would suit me best. Obtaining this power would not require me to wear any elaborate costumes or outfits. Instead, I feel that I would prefer to dress like everyone else as to not distinguish me from others. Showing your abilities off to the world can be detrimental as it may give you a large ego. If I ever acquired this gift, I hope that I would spend most of my time using it to the best of my capability. I understand that when people have immense powers, we all have the tendency to become hungry for more and can misuse it. With this ability, I would be capable of healing people by mentally wishing them to be better. This simplistic and minimal ability would be easy to carry out and be able to be accomplished quickly. When I think of having a power like this, I feel that a person would have to be born with it. The type of power that a person has most likely depends on the person. Individuals with traits that are favorable and prone to help others would have a higher probability of receiving the ability to cure ailing people. I would like to think that should I have this power, I would live a relatively standard life. I would also not alter my identity to protect this power. I would remain who I was but would most likely carefully guard my gift from the prying curiosities of others. This special talent may not be the most exciting or exhilarating as being able to fly or shoot lasers from your eyes, but it would still contribute greatly to the improvement of humanity. This is essentially the purpose of having a superhero power.

  9. How many years has it been? Well, I was twenty when I got my powers, and now I’m thirty-five. Wow! It has been twelve years already. Time sure goes by fast. Back then, I was living alone in an apartment in Manhattan, near the college that I was going to. New York nights weren’t safe, especially in the rural area. Gangs. Drugs. Thieves. I dared not to walk outside alone at night, but that night I had to. It was my mom’s birthday, but I misplaced my cell phone. I had to use the pay phone right outside the apartment. I was talking on the phone, when the police siren rang behind me. A guy with a black mask in plain black clothing was coming up to me, with a knife in his hand, screaming, “Get out of the way!” I couldn’t move. I just stood there, waiting for him to get closer and closer. It was one of those moments where everything just happened in slow motion. Seconds passed like minutes. But by the next moment, he was behind me. I looked down and saw that by feet and hands were transparent, but with an icy feeling to it. I could feel my clothes being soaked, like it was raining outside, except it wasn’t. I looked behind me, and in a store window, I saw a body of transparent water; it was my head.
I freaked out and I ran back to my apartment. I just dropped the phone and ran, probably not even putting it back properly. I could still hear my mom screaming on the pay phone, asking what happened. I couldn’t look back. I went back to the apartment, and waited and waited, until I finally fell asleep…on the floor behind the door. The next morning, I was back to normal. In time, I understood that I turn when my heart went goes up, and I felt endangered. I could only turn for thirty minute every time. After a year, it increased to forty-five to fifty, and I could control what parts of my body to turn and what shape the water turn into. Also, I eventually learned to disperse my body and rejoining it. It was pretty cool.

  10. Other than the part where I have a supernatural power, every day was still the same for me. Going to classes, coming back from classes, part-time job, and homework. This lasted for another year after the full development of my power, until my twenty second birthday. No one remembered my birthday, not even my parents. No “Happy birthday”, no present, no birthday cake. I was pretty upset. In the coffee shop that I was working at, I saw someone pick pocketing from an old lady, who’s maybe in her late sixties or early seventies, at the ordering line. She would come to the store everyday around five or six. It happened a lot, so I didn’t really look into it. Though, when the old lady sat down to eat, she looked through her semi-opened purse, and looked horrified. I was handing her, her food, when I asked her what was wrong. She answered that the last picture of her deceased husband was in her purse with her credit and debit cards. She looked so sad.
I looked around and saw that the thief was still in the store, so I dispersed part of my hair and moved it to his boots. After my shift ended, I followed where piece of my hair went. It led me to a rundown apartment for hoboes. I signaled for my hair to come back to me, and went back home to wait till it was dark. When it got dark, I left my body and home, but dispersed both of my hands, and send them to the thief’s apartment to achieve the ancient photo. Then, I sent my hands to the local police station, telling them where to find the thief.
The next day, I waited for the old lady to show up, and left the picture at the seat by the window, where she usually sat. The note left at the police station left a big ruckus in town because the security camera did not show who left the note. In a city like Manhattan, robberies, murders, and drug trades were common; therefore, I decided to do what I could to help reduce the crime rate. Though with all the trespassing and stealing I did, the crime rate didn’t go down at all. For all the works I did, I became to be known as the Chameleon, since I manage to hide myself every time from the security. The people loved me; the police hated me.

  11. If I were a superhero, I would not have a name. I would be so awesome that people wouldn’t even have to say a name and everyone would know who I was. My powers would be the ability to read minds and the ability to super stretch. I was at once a normal girl, you could say that I was “chillin’ like a villain” before one magical day. Here is my story:
It was a typical day in the town of Idiotville, Oregon. I was strolling down the sidewalk pass all the little shops that lined the main street. A few steps ahead of me a witnessed a lady being robbed of her purse while purchasing a hot dog from our local street vender. I, being the good Girl Scout that I am, ran after the thief. I jumped on the man’s back trying to stop him. His reaction was to hit me with the lady’s purse. Luckily, the purse was not filled with anything except for a strange looking glittery purple powered that got all over my sister’s blouse. I knew that she would kill me for wearing it but it was just so darn cute! He finally gave up and dropped the purse. I picked it up and went to hand it to the old lady. This is where my life changed forever! When I stuck my arm out, it kept on going! It stretched for as far as the eye could see! Everyone was surprised by this, including me. Once my arm returned to its normal length, the lady took her purse and whispered in my ear, “You have a special gift, use it wisely.” Before she snapped her fingers and disappeared in a cloud of smoke. I tried not to think about the strange occurrence that just happened. I blamed it on that strange purple powder, maybe it was so kind of crazy drug that was making me hallucinate. As a reward for my good deed, the street vender gave me one of his special hot dogs. I took one bite and my head was flooded with thoughts. However, none of the thoughts were coming from my own mind. I realized that I was hearing the thoughts of the people around me. I started to walk away with a headache because of the mixed thoughts in my head. It was a day that not even Dr. Seuss’s mind could create.

  12. I would be a great superhero if I had the chance. The superpowers that I would have would be super strength- for obvious reasons, super speed- to get to people and crime scenes quicker, x-ray vision- to monitor anybody who might be carrying a weapon, telekinesis- so I could read minds and control others’ actions, having the ability to fly- for reasons unknown. Those would be my powers and who knows; maybe I will discover other powers when I test out my abilities.
My costume, much like Batman’s would be all spandex. The colors would consist of purple and navy blue. I’m still debating if I should wear a cape. It adds a nice touch, but the woman from The Incredibles said capes are deadly. You can get sucked into an airplane engine, get it stuck on a missile and you take off with it, or something else dangerous. I would also have a mask to protect my identity. I would also speak with a fake British accent to disguise my voice-just to be safe.
How did I obtain these powers? Well, it’s quite simple really. I was playing at the park when I was seventeen years old-I’m twenty-five now. While lying down in the grass, something fell from the sky. I couldn’t make out what that something was, but I did get hit in the head hard enough to get knocked unconscious. I was knocked out for a good few hours. To my surprise, nobody came by me to check if I was all right. I guess they thought I was observing the clouds and just chilling. I woke up hours later in a daze. My head was pounding; I had blurry vision, and could not remember why I felt this way. I remember stumbling home and went right up to my room and closing the door. I remember I carefully pushed the door when it slammed shut. Like it was pushed with force, but I didn’t do that. I was concerned but ignored it and went to bed. The next day I read my mom’s mind without knowing it. I knew what she was thinking but thought nothing of it. My other powers unexpectedly came to me in weird situations. My brother couldn’t find his phone one day when I looked at his jacket and saw it with what seemed to be x-ray vision. The super speed happened when I was playing softball. When I was running to first, the power kicked in and I beat the play. I’m not fast without the power. It was a revelation. My powers were something I kept a secret from my whole family. They didn’t need to know I was THAT amazing.
A day in the life of mine would be quite simple. I would not fight crime nor would I do anything to help save the world. If it necessary, then I would use my powers. I hide them from everybody I know. I just them to think I’m even more awesome then I was before. I am a pretty boring superhero. I guess you wouldn’t classify me as a superhero, just an ordinary person with superpowers that aren’t even used for good. I would go to school, go to any sport practice if I had one that day, and show off my incredible ability. That’s pretty much it.

  13. If I were a superhero, I would I would make everyone that I like wishes come true, only if they try and make their wish come true. If someone were to do evil to me than anything that you wish to happen won’t happen, the exact opposite will happen. People always through money in a wishing well and their wishes never come true so, they are basically wasting their money on something that won’t happen and I feel bad for some of those people. But then again I won’t be able to make everyone’s wishes come true because than they would stop trying and just take advantage of it. They have to earn it.
My daily life as a superhero is just a normal life but whenever someone were to say the word “I wish” than that’s when I start to decide if they can get their wish or not. It mostly depends on what they person is wishing for. If someone wishes about grades, love, or death than I cannot make that come true. If they wish for going somewhere or being able to do something than I can make an exception for them. Unless they don’t deserve it than I won’t do anything to help them until they show me that they deserve it.
The way I hide my super power is by acting like I don’t hear anyone talking. But I do try to join in conversations to the people that I like to help them out. I would hide my identity by just being a normal person and doing everything that a normal person does. I would hide it from everyone that I’m not close to. Only my brothers and my parents would know my powers and what I can do. But they don’t take advantage of me, because if they do than it will cause me too much stress. If I start to get too much stress than my powers start to go away that’s why I just act like what people do or say don’t affect me.
My costume is just a normal everyday outfit. Can’t make it obvious that you have super powers so I just have to blend in. The way to do that is to not dress so different from everyone else because I don’t want to look like an outcast. Can’t have people thinking things or else they would start talking about you.

  14. If I could be a super hero I would be The Crime Killer. Each night I would go around and take down criminals. My power would be regeneration. Each time I would be killed my blood would come back into my body and I would get right back up. My daily routine would be the average for a man in his twenties, who live in the city. Each day I would go to work, sit at my desk and type out the reports that need to be done. To keep a normal appearance I would go out with friends, co-workers and potential girlfriends. I would never form a tight connection with those people though; I do not dare to get close to any of them for their safety. If anyone learned my true identity it would put them at risk and I couldn’t live with myself if anyone who was close to me got hurt. My primary weapons are guns and knives. I carry a suppressed sub-machine gun, two suppressed pistols, two tranquilizer pistols, and ten knives, eight for throwing two for fighting. All of my equipment is hidden in a trench coat. I don’t need it but I still wear a bullet proof vest so I can survive longer in the field. Each night I would walk the streets in a trench coat, covering all of my weapons, and search for criminals to take out. Petty drug dealers I shoot with a tranquillizer dart and call the cops to pick them up. Gang bangers, mafia members, pimps, rapists, muggers, and murderers I kill on sight. All of my weapons are not registered, nor can I be traced by the police for finger prints. I am careful to make sure no evidence of me is left on site. After I have killed my victim I display their body in a crude fission. For some I hang from a light post and hang a sign around their neck saying what they did to deserve this fate. I have no idea how I got my power but I found out I had it one night when I was out with my girlfriend and some man tried to mug me. He stabbed her in front of me then stabbed me. I woke up as he was rooting through my pockets, picked up his knife then slit his throat. From that day on I wouldn’t let anyone go through the pain I felt seeing my girlfriend’s lifeless body lying on the ground. I made an oath to myself that day, that I would kill any man who did anything like that to anyone.

  15. If I were a Super Hero my name would be G-Lady and the “G” would stand for Good. I would have many powers, powers that a super woman needs to be the best. I would have the ability to stretch as far as three times around the earth, I would also be able to read people’s minds, be invisible, fly, have a 20/20 vision, run faster than light itself and be very strong being able to lift more than a zillion pounds. In case a bad guy has a plan to bomb a bank or the statue of liberty I would be able to stop that before anything occurred thanks to my gift of reading minds, no criminal would be able to run away from me thanks to my speed and my eye vision. I would be the best crime fighter there ever was. My motivation would be all those people who suffered thanks to these bad guys. Many people have cried because they lost everything and I don’t even get those burglars I also get those people who cheated others off money. I would also be the best lawyer in the world. I would punish those who abuse children and adults and those who don’t do anything about it. I’ll be committed to everyone that needs help.
I try to hide my identity as best I can but it’s hard since many people already know who I am and where I live. I try not to get too attached to some people because some bad people will know my weakness and try to hurt those I love so I distance myself from that I even had to keep away from my family, no one knows who they are at this point. It’s hard to get through the day because I have to fly here and there and many, many miles away and I can never catch a break. I have so much anger inside me some days because of the stories I hear, it’s not easy at all but they’re my motivation to keep on helping others. I’m always busy but I promised to help them no matter what. I have to wear a wig and glasses and put some different colored contacts on just so I could get out the house without having the same people follow me for autographs or a picture.

  16. If I were a superhero…screw that, who wants to be a superhero? I would definitely be a super villain. My name? Anti-illiteracy man. I don’t know why people think of me as a villain, though. I’m simply trying to make the world a better, more literate place. There are people, however, that are…in the way of this goal. The dyslexics. Does it really matter the things I do to get rid of this group? It shouldn’t, not every superhero is perfect! The dyslexic’s tremendous amount of illiteracy is appalling! The worst part is their idol, their inspiration, Grammatically Incorrect girl. Oh, how she grinds my gears, preaching tolerance of learning disabilities all across the land, it’s despicable! She’s even beginning to catch on to my dyslexic genocides! How!? She can’t even spell her own name! No matter what I do, school fires, mass executions, she’s always there to save the day. The worst part? Her stupid super suit says IG. IT’S BACKWARDS, IT’S SUPPOSED TO BE GI IF ANYTHING OH MY GOD YOU’RE SO DUMB! Sorry…lost my composure there for a second.
Anyway, she’s done for this time. I’ve set up an arena for the dyslexics that I’ve captured to have a fight to the death. Little does she know, I’ve replace all of the dyslexic with mannequins! She’ll swoop into the arena (I hung a sign on the outside saying “Aeran” just so she could read it, HAH!) to save the day, but all she’ll find are a bunch of dolls rigged to explode twenty seconds after the cage closes! IT’S GENIOUS! Before they blow up, I’ll walk in and crack a few of these hilarious dyslexic jokes I’ve been working on. Here, listen to this: “Dyslexics of the world, untie!” HAHAHA, get it? See, if a dyslexic person was going to say unite, they’d probably mess it up by saying untie instead. PURE COMEDIC BRILLIANCE! I’ll get a few laughs at her expense, walk away from the explosion like a total boss, and steal away to The Grammar Cave. That’s what I named my secret base. Pretty awesome, right? See, it’s like Batman’s Bat Cave, but…ah I’m sure you get it.
So, Grammatically Incorrect girl gets blown to smithereens, the dyslexic world is at my disposal, and the world’s total IQ increases by a minimum seven percent! Tell me, how can this possibly be misconstrued into the acts of a super villain? Oh! The cage door just opened!

  17. If I were a superhero, I would fly. Flying is easier to travel and it would take a less amount of time to get to the person that needs help. I would also have powers like Spiderman. I would tie my enemies down and fly to the policemen and tell them that I helped them. I would also like to have Batman senses. He can feel and see things that everybody can’t. I would have a bat claw and have the newest technology to take down the villains. I would help the whole world. Growing up everything was all about war and there wasn’t any peace. People would fight with each other and there wasn’t a day where everyone could just get along. I would first go for the bigger criminals and then go around to schools and help kids take the right path and not to choose wrong decisions. Out of the job of being a superhero I would be a nurse. My whole life I always wanted to be a nurse to help and make a person feel better. This could also let me get closer to the villains I may have hurt. It could help me understand why they decided to do this. It could also help my superhero self give advice to the police of why they did what they did. Also I could find out if this person had other people to help them out or if they worked by themselves. It could help me understand everything a little bit better. I would also have a costume for nobody could know my true identity. I also don’t want to put my true self in danger. I would have a mask that would only show my mouth for nobody can recognize my true face. My face can give off everything that I do and the person that I am. Then I would have a body protector. If someone shoots me I won’t get hurt and I won’t be able to go to the hospital. It would protect me from bullets. I would wear something that wouldn’t slow me down while I’m fighting. I wouldn’t be afraid to hit them but I would also have something that would cover my hair. I wouldn’t want my hair to get cut off or anything. People also think nasty and would begin to pull my hair. I would be the best superhero ever.

  18. If I were a superhero, I would have to have the power of flying. Having the power to go anywhere at any time would be an absolute necessity. Even if it was hard to fly I would still want to be able to go anywhere whenever I would choose. If I was a superhero my motivation would be to make the world a better place, but most importantly it would be to make my life more useful. And I would also try and make my life more enjoyable because most of the people in the world would not turn down being able to fly anywhere in the world at any moment. My backstory would be that I grew up as an orphan and that I had to work my way out of poverty by using the superhero powers that I had. Flying wouldn’t be the way I would do this, obviously, but it wouldn’t be my only power. Another power that I would need would be to remember everything that I see. I would be able to remember anything I see on paper or any person’s face that I see. This would make it easier to know the bad people from the good people in the world. A day in the life of my superhero would involve some sort of job that I do during the day, but it is something that is low key so I can concentrate more on being a superhero. It would still be a good job because a superhero needs to stay in a respectable home and have gadgets. I would try and hide my identity from everyone because if you give away your identity to the world then the bad people will try and get to you in your real life as well as when you’re being a superhero. My costume would also have to be low key because you don’t want to draw too much attention to yourself as a superhero. If someone were to wear a costume that makes everyone see you all the time then your identity is more likely to be figured out. However, if you have a low key costume then you can disappear and not have to worry about anyone figuring you out. But, this doesn’t mean that your superhero can’t have anything that is big and showy like a good car. It is probably really important to have a good car because you need to escape bad situations.

  19. If I was a super hero, I would take out all of the annoying people and idiots on the internet. That would be my purpose and it would help a lot of people out. I myself have been an annoyed by the amount of trolls on the internet. The only thing that I like about them, which isn’t much, is when I see fight pages long on YouTube videos and posts on some other boards. I also hate those things on Facebook that supposedly show someone failing at something, but when you click on it, the person has not failed at anything and people are arguing in the comments section about why it is not a fail.
A day in my life is I wake up and instantly check the internet for stupid posts on Facebook and stupid comments. I then send an electrical jolt of lightning through my computer that goes to theirs; this usually knocks them out for a while. When they wake up they instantly forget what they were doing and who they were. This usually keeps them off the internet for a few months as they are trying to remember who they were.
I don’t really need to hide my identity. I am just a regular guy who works at some office from 9 to 5 every day. When I go home I am that same guy, my wife just thinks that I stay too long on the computer. Sometimes when there is a website filled with stupid people on it, I can use my biggest electric shock to effect everybody currently sitting in front of their computer. It is a very cool power that I developed over time. When I was a kid I put my hand behind my TV where all the wires were and I got shocked for only a split second. It wasn’t even a big shock; it just scared the crap out of me. Ever since then I have found a way to control my bursts of electricity and I can gradually increase the power of the shock.

  20. If I were a superhero I would be something close to a power puff girl. I only say that because instead of having one power I would rather have multiple ones. Some of the powers I want to have would include controlling the elements being able to turn invisible and being able to teleport. I wouldn’t want to fly because almost every superhero is able to fly. I would rather teleport because no one would be able to know where I am or where I’m going until I’m actually there. I would be a mysterious superhero no one would know who I am or where I came from. My story of how I got these powers wouldn’t be anything special. I’m not some alien from another planet where everyone has these powers and I didn’t get them by going through some serious accident. Instead of these crazy ways my powers just came through a regular drink. I decided to grab a can of soda from my refrigerator and just drank it like all others. I wasn’t aware that the soda company was having issues with production and a toxic substance was found in some of the packaging. Since I live in Whiteville, NC I didn’t get the message everything moves a lot slower. About a month later I started getting weird feelings throughout my body and strange things began to happen. I noticed the weird weather patterns. Whenever I was feeling sad it would rain and whenever I was happy there would always be sunshine. None of these things clicked in my mind until I was at work and one of my co-workers began to get on my nerves. She was constantly nagging me and reminding me of the tiny thins I didn’t even need to do. Then whenever I made a comment to tell her to leave me alone she would constantly remind me of how she’s my superior and could fire me. In my mind I kept thinking of how I would set her on fire and it just happened. I looked at her shocked and confused like everyone else. Then I thought about putting out the fire and she was hit with a burst of wind and water. After that moment I noticed that I have an amazing power and I should use it to help out this world. So after the incident I moved out to New York got a new job and kept my identity under wraps. Though many don’t know who I am I’m still out there helping out the crime stoppers in any way possible I am the Unknown Force.

  22. While most super heros have the power to fly, make webs or just have super strength, my power lies in my vocal coards. I always had a nack for singing and music, but over the years, it’s been getting very strange. The one problem I’ve always had with my singing was that I just couldn’t put feeling into the song I was singing, and I always thought my voice was on the weak side, but I don’t have to worry about that anymore. It all started when I drank that alkoholic drink at the Habachi When I turned sixteen, my parents and I went to a Habachi restaurant with a few friends of mine. I’ve heard there were several exotic drinks that were on the menu, and I really wanted to try one. I found one that said it was a malt with a hint of rum and another secret ingrediant. I didn’t think a bit of rum would hurt me at all, so I ordered it. I hardly tasted the rum, but there was something else to it that tasted different, but it was irresistably delicious. Most of the time, I am never able to finish any food or drink in a restaurant, but I had to finish this one. After each sip, I felt this wonderful tingling sensation in my throat that kept me wanting more. When I finished, the tingling would not stop.
That night I spent hours with the worst cough I have probably ever had in my life. You would think I was a chain smoker from how hard I was hacking. Not even the bag of ReeCola I emptied would help. Meanwhile, there were pinns and needles poking at my throat, and it was impossible for me to swallow. I didn’t know how I was going to sleep that night with this throat condition, and I was thinking of suing this restaurant. How was I to know that this drug that I was sure that drink was spiked with. After a while, the coughing gradually seased, and the pins and needles changed to a cool soothing feeling, as if I swallowed menthal.

    ReplyDelete
  23. feeling, as if I swallowed menthal. The clock on my bedside table said it was 1:00 A.M. Have I been up coughing for that long? I had gone home from the restaurant at 8:00 and I attempted to go to bed at 10:00, which was when the coughing had started. I couldn’t help but worry; my choir concert was a week from now, and if my voice was going to be ruined because of this drink, everyone working in that Japanese restaurant would have to pay.
The next morning, my throat was feeling normal again. No, it was better than normal, it felt almost cleaner and more fresh. I don’t know what had come of me, but I suddenly had this wonderful burst of energy I never felt at 6:00 in the morning. For some reason, I had the urge to start singing. I started the first few bars of Whitney Houston’s “I Will Always Love You,” and there was something different about my voice. It sounded stronger, and more booming, the voice I had always wanted. When I got to the last chorus, where the high notes are sung, something strange happened. I had gotten so deep into the song that I was completely oblivios to anything, which never happened to me. The next thing I knew, my parents were screaming at me to stop singing and get out of the house. I was being pulled by the arm as the windows shattered into shards. When I was shaken back into reality, I finally stopped singing and listened to what was going on. A waft of morning air came swooshing through what once were all the windows. I took a step with my bare foot only to have it cut and bleedig. Wincing, I leaned against the wall, examining my foot. There was the largest shard of glass stuck to my skin, which I wripped out. Disregarding the intense pain I was feeling in my foot and the fact that my feet were bare and I was still in my nightgown, I sprinted out of the house not knowing what else to do. Had my singing really broken the windows: Was it that drink from yesterday that gave me this, should I call it, power? To experiment, I tried singing yet again. “Blue, oh so lonesome for you, why can’t you be blue over me,” I belted out as loud as I could. Sure enough, there was a shattering sound as the windows on my parents’ cars fell to pieces. I even heard the cars shaking slightly as I sang. I heard all the mirrors shattering and the next thing I knew, all the windows of my neighbors’ houses and cars. I tried to stop, but the song just kept coming out of me, and I wouldn’t stop until it was over. Even when I was finished, I was forced to hold out the last note. I just had to stand there and listen to everything just shatter into pieces. There was nothing else I could think of doing except for running. I went as fast as my legs could carry me still singing. Strangely, my voice didn’t quiver with each step like it normally does. I didn’t even need to breathe to sing, it just came out effortlessly.
“Now that it’s over, I realized those weak words you whispered were nothing but lies...” Suddenly, I slipped on something soft and slippery, and fell onto my hands and knees. I found realized that what I had slipped on was a dead animal of some sort, possibly a squirrel. I immediately took my hand away and stayed on the ground for a few moments. As I waited for the song to just come out of me, something happened; I heard the squirrel stirring nearby, and it made that nasty noise squirrels always make. So now I woke up the dead? maybe I’ll go to a cemetary and sing there; maybe I’ll be able to meet the dead people I’ve always wished I could talk to. Maybe this new power I had would have some positive outcome after all.

  24. If I were a superhero, I would be invisible. It wouldn’t be for my own gain—to listen in on conversations as if I had never been there—to get a free ticket to places I could never go—or to sneak items I would never be able to get—I’d be invisible for you, the people. If I were invisible, nobody would know, because the secret would be so hidden, nobody would ever be able to see it. I wouldn’t have a particular costume, for nobody would ever get a chance to see it. I would be a seemingly powerless girl, clad in ordinary, everyday attire, but when I use my power of invisibility, everything would chance. As a superhero, I would stop the unstoppable before it happens. Using my power, I would stop thieves in their track, leaving them clueless—I would trick bullies and beat them at their own game. I would not only use my power stop things from happening, but to make things happen as well. Behind the scenes, maybe I could help a businessman’s forgotten briefcase “reappear” or mysteriously return a lost pair of keys. Although my power would be extraordinary, I would only use my power for the ordinary, everyday struggles, unless I needed to use them for something more intense.
A typical day being a superhero would be a seemingly ordinary day. I would continue my usual routine—whether it is going to school or work or running errands. However, these everyday occurrences would be the indicator of whether or not I need to use my power. I would be able to see trouble when it happens or perhaps even predict trouble before it would happen. From then, I would decide whether or not I could use my power of invisibility. In an instant, I could become invisible—only I would have to do it in an area where nobody is watching to avoid suspicion. Similarly, I could return to my normal state in an instant, without any hassle. The only disadvantage to being invisible would be that someone could figure out where I am if they threw something on me, so that I could be visible. Other than that, however, I would have no weaknesses to my power, and my invisibility would be accessible at any time and any place. This would be an ideal superpower to me—one that is unexpected but does not interrupt my daily life and identity.
